Our club offers a fantastic array of opportunities for anglers of all levels.
Competitive Senior Leagues: These events are crafted for serious anglers aiming to catch a variety of fish species within a set time frame. Accumulate points, and you might earn Provincial and National Colours in the sport. It’s all about skill, strategy, and the ultimate angling glory!
Social Leagues: Join us for laid-back, fun-filled fishing adventures! Social Leagues encourage everyone to participate, emphasizing enjoyment over competition. It’s the perfect way to relax on the water, make new friends, and share a few laughs without the pressure to win.
Junior Leagues: We're passionate about nurturing young talent and helping them achieve their angling dreams. Our Junior Leagues are divided into:
- Advanced Junior Leagues: Young anglers here can earn Provincial Colours and compete in National competitions. With exceptional skills, they might even represent their country in international events.
- Development Junior Leagues: For newcomers eager to learn, this league provides guidance, coaching, and encouragement from experienced senior anglers. Though their scores don't count against advanced juniors, their progress is celebrated, and they move to the Advanced League when ready.
National Championship: The pinnacle of the artlure angling season, our National Championship, is held annually at a new venue in a different province. Anglers selected for Nationals receive provincial colours, and those who excel can fish trials for the National team. Earning National Colours opens doors to compete in prestigious international events.
Our Fishing Grounds: Senior angling takes place from motorboats, providing an exhilarating experience on the water. Junior Leagues are typically held from the banks of farm dams, with the Grand Slam—the season's final league—offering juniors the thrill of fishing from boats skippered by senior anglers.
